How I get results
1. Foundation
The Foundation Programme - a type of training from all my years studying and delivering session, I came up with my own training protocol. Which does not fail anyone of any level.

Making sure all clients work at their own pace, that they are happy, and that they are enjoying themselves.

A choice of where/when to workout.

9 years experience, attaining numerous qualifications in health and fitness with my highest level of education an undergraduate degree in Sports Therapy.
