Since age 14, I knew what I wanted to do. I watched my mum struggle with chronic knee pain—sitting in the car after physio, seeing her smile with relief. That moment changed everything. I wanted to help people feel that relief.

I've been involved in fitness since 16, and over 10+ years in the space, I discovered something: 90% of gym training is bodybuilding-focused. But that's not what most people actually need. They want to move better in daily life, feel more energised, and be pain-free.

That's why I studied Sports Therapy at university (2:1 degree). It taught me how the body actually functions—movement patterns, biomechanics, proper progression. I learned that being gentle and building month by month creates a sustainable body that improves daily lifestyle, energy, and fixes pain.

Today, I've helped over 100 people become pain-free and build new habits. Every session is about you—your goals, your body, your life.
